WINTER TALES
TALES FOR THE TURNING SPRING

Christmas over, we longingly await the first snowdrops and the brighteneing skies of Spring!

Join us for a fun, heartwarming storytelling show for children and families.

Sitting on rustic logs, as if around a gently crackling, winter fire, the actors tell seasonal stories interspersed with songs and poems.

Find out how the robin got his red breast, delight in the adventures of Freezy the superhero snowman and be entertained by the kindness of a magic porridge pot!

Learn a penguin dance!

Mad Alice's distinctive style of story telling will allow plenty of scope for audience participation too!

A lovely treat!

ave Our Sandwich is a fun, highly participatory new theatre show for children and families.

Commissioned by Durham County Council in summer 2023 as a means to inspire, educate and engage echildren in healthy eating, Mad Alice do so with such a whacky, highly energetic clownesque and physical theatre style show.

With live music, singing, lots of slaptick humour and even a quiz, the audience join Cordelia professor Queen of Carrots and Henk who is very hungry for approx 55mins of joy!

The show has toured to schools, community venues and  has also performed outdoors at both Seaham and Bishop Auckland Food Festival to great applause.

d by designers. It's easy on the eyes and a great go-to font for titles, paragraphs & more.
