Mad Alice Theatre Company develops and produces high quality theatre in the community. We specialize in outdoor promenading productions which are particularly enjoyed due to their unusual nature – despite the British Weather! We perform in public parks and spaces (including shopping centres!) in addition to Stately Homes and Gardens.

Being aware of the positive effects of drama and theatre we are committed to providing inclusive work and activities which benefit anyone with whom we work. Activity in schools, the wider community and, more recently over 60s and unemployed and homeless young people, have formed a core part of what we do.

We devise and write our own work as well as producing existing scripts and support the development of new writing.

Our 2011 production is to be a newly commissioned adaptation of HANSEL & GRETEL as well as a retour of our highly successful story telling performances, YULETIDE & WINTER TALES. Please see current production and bookings page.
